Sam Shepherd: BSc MBA MRICS non-executive director

A graduate in Land Management from Reading University, Sam worked in professional practice and in property management and investment for the Crown Estates in London for 7 years, before taking on responsibility for the Whiteburn investment portfolio from 1989 to 2006.

Sam is also a director of a housing company in Dumfriesshire and was a founder member of the London regional board of RICS.
