Underpinning Whiteburn’s development endeavours is a solid investment portfolio, comprising a variety of commercial and residential building assets. Some of these were purchased as development projects and retained; others acquired simply for their inherent value.

But we’re also keen to talk to co-investors to see if we can identify and acquire suitable investment properties, on which we can use our expertise to add value, and share the upside on exit.
