Delta House is a 20 year old two storey detached pavilion office building, set in mature landscaped grounds in Dundee’s renowned Technology Park - with great views across the Tay and plenty of parking.
Whiteburn formed a joint venture with Glamis Investments to purchase Delta House in June 2007. With some vacancies and lease breaks coming up, good asset management was the aim.
Now fully occupied by a range of sound businesses (local and national), with Glamis themselves ensconced as managers, it’s retained in our investment portfolio.
