Royal Exchange is a classic 1950s office building in Dundee’s business district (Dundee’s youngest listed building). Designed by Gauldie, Wright & Needham for Guardian Royal Exchange, it has a steel framed superstructure, concrete floors and ashlar stone cladding.
We acquired the building in 1987 and set about sub-dividing it into modern offices with lift access, making improvements to the office entrance and creating a separate ground floor suite.

One of Whiteburn's core commercial assets, Royal Exchange is home to two national professional firms and a government training centre, on long leases.
