The start of 2005 has seen a flurry of activity as Whiteburn expands the team, bringing in an exciting mix of skills and experience. Continuing our strategy of conceiving and seeking out innovative urban regeneration projects, we believe the depth of expertise our new arrivals bring will support and enhance our growth plans.
John Campbell – consultant: John led CB Hillier Parker’s (CBRE) Scottish operation until his retirement in 2002 and has some 35 years’ experience in the property market. He has been involved in a number of significant commercial property development and investment transactions throughout Scotland. John’s appointment will add depth and breadth to Whiteburn’s strategic thinking and enable us to tackle a greater range of exciting and challenging urban regeneration projects.
David Johnson – development manager: as a qualified surveyor, David has had a wide range of development experience with, among others, Jarvis and the Miller group. He will be helping us to secure, implement and deliver the projects we are currently working up and initiate new opportunities.
Mark Cousins – design consultant: formerly an associate at Allan Murray Architects, where he was project architect on The Tun, Mark’s role is to help us in preliminary feasibility exercises and add his design skills to selected projects.
