Eve is the Managing Director of Whiteburn Projects Ltd.

Eve is an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. Eve has spent over 20 years working in residential development, working for Taylor Wimpeyand Stirling Developments.

Eve is responsible for the expansion and delivery of our residential business. Eve strongly believes that the ethos of good design and customer service will ensure that Whiteburn will stand our from the crowd.

Eve is a member of St. Andrews University Court.

In her spare time Eve loves getting outdoors and planning adventures springer spaniel Nell.

Roger is responsible for the design and delivery of Whiteburn’s expanding residential pipeline and the identification of new development opportunities.

Roger studied Architecture and went on to work in private practice in the UK and Germany before embarking on a career in property and house building. In this time he has worked with award winning home builders in senior technical management positions, working on large residential projects including the 2014 Commonwealth Game Athletes’ Village and ‘Polnoon’ in Eaglesham, the first implementation of ‘Designing Streets’ in Scotland. He is passionate about creating sustainable developments that are great places to live, work and play in.

Roger sits on the Homes For Scotland Small Builders Group and has collaborated with the Scottish Government to develop their Designing Streets agenda.

In his spare time Roger is a qualified rugby referee and active member of Stirling County RFC. He likes cooking and eating and to work it off he is a keen road cyclist and walker of his Tibetan Terrier, Che.

Charlie started his career as a joiner, working in various locations around the world, including France, USA, Japan, and Bahamas. In 2003, he joined Graham Construction as a manager, and has since worked in management positions for Lovell Partnership, FM Construction and more recently Cala Homes. Charlie has a passion for delivering high standards of workmanship.

In his spare time, he is a keen Hearts FC supporter, attending all home games with his sons and was for many years a Hearts FC youth coach and scout.

Susie joined Whiteburn in January 2018 as Accountant to the Whiteburn group. As a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, Susie has many years’ experience, starting with graduate accountancy training in practice in London.

Once qualified, Susie spent the next 5 years working for small/medium businesses as a Financial/Management Accountant before moving to RBS in Edinburgh, where she spent the last 13 years working as a Reporting Accountant.

Anna is responsible for the coordination of our social media strategy and campaigns. We have an established social media digital footprint in the Scottish Borders and use this for marketing campaigns and engagement.

Anna’s career has spanned through industries such as; construction, architectural lighting design, interior design, and architecture.

In her spare time Anna loves to travel the world, however mostly is on more local adventures with her German Shepherd pup, Akira.

Kenny is our Site Manager at Viewforth, Kirkcaldy

An experienced and dedicated New Homes Sales Manager, with over 20 years’ experience in property sales, Toria has worked with Whiteburn for over 6 years. Toria previously worked as part of Thorntons New Homes team and has represented a number of East Scotland developers.

Toria has established extensive links with solicitors, agents and valuers.

Mark is a plumber to trade with a BSc(Hons) in Psychology . He is currently responsible for the delivery of homes at The Grange, Burntisland.

When not at work Mark is kept busy by his young family.
