We are recruiting for a New Homes – Client Liaison Manager.

We are a small team of motivated individuals, who are expanding our residential new homes business. We have an excellent opportunity to join us and be our first dedicated New Homes Client Liaison Manager, based at our Caerlee Mill development in Innerleithen.

You will be part of our New Home Sales Team responsible for managing our sales area and the purchasers of our new homes. Caerlee Mill is in the busy scenic location of Innerleithen only 45 minutes from Edinburgh. The development has had a great deal of sales interest and demand.

You will be employed by Whiteburn Projects Limited and be an inherent part of the Caerlee Mill team. You will be a brand ambassador for Whiteburn and be our customers key point of contact.

The Person:

We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual, who is proactive and can demonstrate an ability to work independently. You must be self-organised and customer focused, with great attention to detail. Honesty and integrity should be part of part of your core values.

The role will require you to build lasting relationships with our new home purchasers and our site team. Great interpersonal skills are vital.

The role:

This enjoyable role will involve being part of the sales and customer service process ensuring a high level of service is provided to our home buyers, key duties to include:

  • Professionally managing the sales area and show home, welcoming all clients who visit the sales area in Innerleithen, and managing all enquiries
  • Working with our Sales and Office Team to maintain our customer database
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Arranging appointments with our Home Purchasers, managing their selection of choices to personalise their homes and follow up
  • Maintaining communication with our Home Purchasers as to key dates in the construction of their home
  • Arranging and conducting Familiarisation meeting with our Home Purchasers prior to their Home handover
  • Key Handover and move in of our Home Purchasers
  • Home Purchaser Follow Up and management of customer care

You be report to our Homes Sales Manager

This is a fixed term contract based at Caerlee Mill, Innerleithen to 31 December 2020. It is a Full-time post working 10.30am-5.00pm Thursday to Monday. Travel will be required to our Edinburgh Office on a Monday morning (travel expenses to and from our Edinburgh Office will be paid).
