Our Homes

Our homes are built with high levels of insulation, high performance windows and doors, multi zonal heating and each home has its own photovoltaic panels. Our homes all have a high ‘B’ rated EPC which demonstrates their excellent energy efficiency. Our homes are designed to be flexible in plan to facilitate work, living and play, and to maximise natural light, thereby cutting down the need for artificial lighting.

We use certified sustainably sourced timber. Certified timber is one of the most environmentally sound standard building materials available and can significantly reduce the environmental impact of construction. 

Internal Finish

Contemporary and high-quality chrome ironmongery fitted throughout, with new white doors & satin ironmongery.

All internal walls, ceilings, skirtings, architraves and banister are painted white. 

All paints are water based Dulux trade paints. Our specification includes Airsure Supermatt emulsion paint which is 99.9% VOC Free.

Kitchens

We offer a choice of fully fitted kitchens (subject to build timescale) with soft close doors, Bosch integrated appliances and under cabinet lighting are also included as standard.

Integrated appliances include an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan (where applicable) and a free standing washing machine.

We also offer an upgrade of all appliances to Neff, this includes the ‘bake off’ style Slide & Hide Oven, and other upgrades (refer to full specification information)

*Upgrade options :  Silestone worktops, glass splashbacks, Quooker taps, Cristalite Sinks with matching taps. 

Bathrooms

All bathrooms come fitted with white sanitary ware, supplied by Scope Bathrooms, including Rak back to wall WC and wall hung wash hand basin with Scottish manufactured Carron Quantum bath with Thermostatic bath-shower mixer over bath and screen and Hansgrohe fittings

We offer a range of flooring upgrade options for you to style your new home, ready for the day you move into your new home. 

Our flooring is supplied by Kristoffersen Carpets & Flooring. Our UK manufactured carpet ranges include fitting of underlay and door trims. We offer ranges from Moduleo® and Kahrs, their sustainable production delivers easy-to-maintain flooring solutions that stand out thanks to unique designs, comfort and strong performance .The Leoline Comfytex Collection comes with stylish designs and contemporary colours.

Bedrooms

Walk-in wardrobe to master bedrooms with hanging rails and shelving in choice of finish. 

*Upgrade option : Bi-fold or Sliding Wardrobes to other bedrooms in choice of finish and retro fitted mirrors. 

Heating

Ideal gas fired boilers and white radiators with thermostatic valves with 7 day programmable thermostat and dual controls in the Inchkeith home.
