Kitchens

We offer a choice of fully fitted German made kitchens (subject to build timescale) with soft close doors, Bosch integrated appliances and under cabinet lighting are also included as standard.

Integrated Bosch appliances include an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan and washing machine or washer/ dryer.  Optional Bosch built in appliance upgrades are available.

We also offer an upgrade of all appliances to Neff, this includes the ‘bake off’ style Slide & Hide Oven, and other upgrades (refer to full specification information).

Subject to build timescale, colour choices are available on kitchen cupboards, worktops and handles, and upgrade options include Silestone worktops, glass splashbacks, Quooker taps, and Cristalite Sinks with matching taps.

Bathrooms & Tiling

All bathrooms come fitted with white sanitary ware, supplied by Scope Bathrooms, including Rak back to wall WC and wall hung wash hand basin with Scottish manufactured Carron Quantum bath with Thermostatic bath-shower mixer over bath and screen and Hansgrohe fittings . Upgrade options include matt black fittings, Shower Alternative to bath, Shower Mixer, Vanity unit.

Full height tiling around bath and showers and to countertop height behind wash hand basins and WC. Choices of countertop colours to coordinate with Tiling choices. Tiling ranges are supplied by Collinson Ceramics, with a choice of standard and upgradable options

Internal Finish

Contemporary and high-quality white solid core doors with satin ironmongery fitted throughout. Our doors are paint finished to ensure you can easily maintain them should they get scratched or knocked.

Glass doors to vestibule to allow light to flow through your home. 

All internal walls, ceilings, skirtings, architraves and banister are painted white. 

All paints are water based Dulux trade paints. From January 2023 our specification includes Airsure Supermatt emulsion paint which is 99.9% VOC Free.

Prior to your moving into your new home our team will have cleaned it. We do this using products supplied to us by Miniml. This North Yorkshire based company supply us with their Friendly Chemical Co products and have a closed loop recycling system for their packaging.

Your home will smell of nutty almond floor cleaner and French Lavender surfaces.

Our homes are built with high levels of insulation and  high performance windows and doors. Each home has multi zonal heating and its own photovoltaic panels. All our homes achieve a high ‘B’ rated EPC which not only demonstrates their excellent energy efficiency but means you can take advantage of ‘Green Mortgage’ products.

 Our open plan homes are designed so you can be  flexible  how you live and work in your home. Our large windows let the light flood into your home allowing you to benefit from an abundance of natural daylight.

Our homes are designed to have covered porches or vestibules to give shelter and protection at your front door.

Our homes are built using off site manufactured Timber Frame Kits.We use certified sustainably sourced timber. Certified timber is one of the most environmentally sound standard building materials available and can significantly reduce the environmental impact of construction. 

Our bricks are clay bricks manufactured in the UK by Ibstock, our concrete blocks are manufactured in Fife by Skene.

Our Rainwater gutters and downpipes are steel manufactured by Lindab reducing plastic use.
